• Transactional Data: Payment details are processed securely by our partners (Stripe and Paystack). We do not store full credit card numbers in our own database.

• Performance Metrics: To monitor system vitals and ensure the high-performance 50MB upload engine is functioning optimally globally.

4. Data Retention

Your contact and order history are stored in our secure MongoDB Atlas clusters for business record-keeping and tax compliance. 3D model files are retained for a period of up to **90 days** after fulfillment to allow for re-printing in case of defects or replacement requests, after which they may be securely purged from our storage.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
