Not every customer needs a custom print. Many parts - replacement brackets, standard enclosures, common fixtures - have already been printed by someone else. Until now, there was no easy way to find and buy those parts in Africa without waiting for a fresh custom print or paying overseas shipping.
How It Works
The FamilyMake Marketplace is a curated listing of pre-printed parts available for immediate purchase. Sellers are vetted makers in our network who have printed quality parts that meet our inspection standards. Buyers can browse, filter by material and category, and purchase with one click.
Every listing includes the material used, print settings, dimensional tolerances achieved, and photos of the actual part (not a render). What you see is what you receive.
For Sellers
If you have a FDM printer and want to earn from your excess capacity, apply to join the seller network. We review your sample prints, approve your printer setup, and list your parts on the marketplace. You set the price, we handle payments and buyer support.
