While 3D printing is extraordinary for organic geometries and rapid iteration, mechanical assemblies often require the structural stiffness of 6061-T6 aluminum, the thread shear strength of stainless steel, or the thin-wall rigidity of laser-cut sheet metal chassis.
To serve engineering teams needing end-use metallic parts, we are launching our Private Beta Program for CNC Machining and Sheet Metal Fabrication.
What Capabilities Are Included in the Beta?
- CNC 3-Axis & 4-Axis Milling: Precision machined brackets, heat sinks, structural motor mounts, and aluminum enclosures with standard tolerances of +/-0.05 mm.
- CNC Turning (Lathe): Shafts, pins, bushings, threaded spacers, and rotational fittings up to 150 mm diameter.
- Laser Cutting & Sheet Metal Bending: Aluminum and mild steel chassis, front panels, mounting plates, and internal brackets cut from 0.8 mm to 6.0 mm sheet stock with press-brake bends.
- Surface Finishes: As-machined, bead-blasted matte, clear and black anodized, and industrial powder coating.
Supported Materials
During the beta rollout, supported stock materials include Aluminum 6061 and 7075, Stainless Steel 304, Mild Steel, Brass, and engineering plastics like Delrin (POM) and Nylon. Sheet metal stocks include Aluminum 5052 and Galvanized Steel.
