Intellectual Property

Your designs
stay yours. Always.

Engineers and product teams trust us with proprietary CAD files every day. We treat every model like a trade secret — because for our clients, it is.

  • NDA-protected access

Every employee and contractor who touches your files has signed a confidentiality agreement. Your design never leaves our controlled environment.

  • No reuse. Ever.

We do not repurpose, sell, license, or display your models — even internally. Your CAD file is used once: to print your order.

  • Purged after 90 days

Files are retained for 90 days post-fulfilment for reprint support, then securely deleted from our servers. Request early deletion anytime.

Built for every maker

See all questions
  • Currently, we require all 3D models to be submitted in the .stl file format. If your design is in another format (like .obj or .step), you will need to export or convert it to .stl using your CAD software before uploading.

  • Turnaround times vary based on the total volume and complexity of the parts in your order. Generally, standard prints are manufactured within 2-4 business days. Shipping times apply after the manufacturing is completed. You can use the "Track Order" link in our footer to check the status of your specific job at any time.

  • This happens either if your file exceeds our 50MB upload limit or if the .stl file contains a "non-manifold" or "open" mesh. An open mesh means the 3D geometry isn't completely solid or watertight, which prevents our system from accurately calculating the volume. Please re-export the model from your CAD software ensuring it is a closed solid body.

  • Standard .stl files do not carry unit data (like millimeters, inches, or centimeters). Our system defaults to Millimeters, which is the industry standard. If your file was designed in inches, it may appear incredibly small when uploaded. You can fix this by clicking the "Advanced Sizing" drawer on your uploaded item, changing the Base Unit to inches, or manually adjusting the Scale Factor.

  • Infill determines how solid the inside of your 3D print is. • 10% - 20%: Great for display models and prototypes. It features a mostly hollow, honeycombed interior to save on weight and print cost. • 40% - 60%: Ideal for moderately functional parts that need to withstand light everyday use. • 80% - 100%: Best for heavy-duty, structural, or mechanical parts that require maximum strength and rigidity.

  • Our maximum print volume is displayed directly on the upload drop-zone (typically around 250 × 250 × 250 mm). If your model exceeds these dimensions, our system will prevent the upload. We recommend cutting oversized models into multiple smaller interlocking pieces in your CAD software.

  • Yes! If you just have an idea or need an existing file modified, you can click the "Hire an Expert" button on the upload page. Send us a brief description of what you need designed along with your budget, and our expert team will reach out directly to help bring your vision to life.
